Tasting Notes

Nose

Slightly overcooked fudge, chopped Brazil nuts and a touch of rubber inner\rtube. With a little time and water some dried lavender develops and wet hay.

Palate

Sweet and spicy, with barley sugar, real liquorice root, very tannic builder's tea and sweetened malt.

Finish

The maltiness remains the dominant flavour, giving this a lengthy finish.

Comment

The touches of rubber are a little disappointment, but the other notes make up for any indiscretions.
