Tasting Notes

Nose

Light but spirity. Floral and grassy. Freshly cut lawn. Clean linen. A touch of linseed oil. In time cream soda and lemonade. Orange drop.

Palate

Satin-like. Oily and sweet at first but the alcohol bite dries the palate. Water cuts the edges but dilutes the flavours.

Finish

Quickly fading.

Comment

The nose is pleasant but the alcohol makes it too sharp. The same with the palate. The cask has not mellowed it enough.
