Tasting Notes

Nose

Sweet and warming. Vanilla wafers. Lime cordial. Lots of cereals.

Palate

Silky. Sweet with a teasing fizzy feel on the tongue. Demerara syrup. More\rvanilla. A slight cardboard note.

Finish

Sweet, medium long. Fresh hazelnut.

Comment

Definitely on the sweet side. The alcohol is well mastered. A bit uni-dimensional though. Water does not bring out much more.
