Standard (Distillery or blended)
Nose: Big fat, muscular, creamy nose, all apple pie and custard, toffee brittle and ginger snaps.
Palate: A rich soft vein of melted milky toffee peppered with spice. Rounded and well covered. Chewy mocha.
Finish: Soft and sweet with teasing spiciness.
Comment: Creamy and lovely. A great introduction to the Canadian style. Buffalo Springfield.

Palate: Creamy, oily, delicate.
Finish: Lightly spicy, but long.
Comment: Light and delicate, but beautifully composed.
