Nose

Dark chocolate truffles, molasses, treacle cake, and forest fruits. Peanut butter and Medjool date, with a whiff of Turkish delight. Nutmeg, banana and rummy esters bring up the rear.

Palate

Toffee apple and Jamaican ginger cake, with milk chocolate and red apple. A little pipe tobacco and nutmeg with hot milk, too.

Finish

Medium length, with delicate cinnamon and plum.

Comment

A delightfully rich and well-balanced dram. A real slow sipper.
