Nose

Very gentle at first, the something akin to cucumber (green and minerally) which moves through to green apple skins and tuna ceviche. A little lime and cane sugar syrup. That tussle of sweet and savoury.

Palate

Soft and gentle and have a most lovely sweet, mouthcoating oiliness to it. Fresh coffee grinds, then honeycomb coated in milk chocolate. A tang of raspberry and kiwi fruit.

Finish

Great sweetness here balanced with some gentle tannins.

Simple in a very good way; as in it’s a delight to drink and makes you want more.
