Nose

A real creamy grain note, like porridge with whole milk. Cream cracker. Sponge cake with pear, and stem ginger syrup. Gentle notes of lemon, fennel, and mint.

Palate

Medium bodied. Rich orchard fruit – apricot, pear, plum – with buttery oat crumble. Thin, crisp vanilla biscuit and macerated strawberry. Orange polenta cake. Very subtle lemon, mint, and sultana.

Finish

Long, on apricot-topped Danish pastry.

Comment

Incredibly fruity, light yet syrupy. Delicious.
