Nose

Apple skin, cream cracker, and a little coconut cream. Lemon zest and a hint of cracked coriander seed. Caramelised almond, acacia honey, and freshly sawn wood, like pine.

Palate

Medium-full bodied. A tiny hint of sweet peat comes first, with roasted peach and a touch of crispy pork fat. Then seedless raspberry jam, baked apricot, and a little lemon thyme. Coconut-milk latte and wholewheat pancake.

Finish

Long. A little stem-ginger warmth, with black tea and sliced lemon.
