Nose

Creamy and grassy. Fromage frais and delicate blueberry. Green apple and underripe banana. Very subtle maltiness. It’s all quite breakfast-y.

Palate

Well balanced but simple. A pleasing mix of apples, creamy yoghurt, cereal sweetness and delicate lemon.

Finish

Green apple, custard and just a touch of bison grass (holy grass).

Comment

The kind of blend one could drink all night with accompanying half of ale.
