Nose

Floral rather than fruity, there is also a deep sweetness on which the malt hangs.

Palate

A momentary dryness is washed away with an incredible wave of honeyed sweetness.

Finish

The finish is drier, quite toasty and with a late arrival of slightly burnt honeycomb-chocolate.

Comment

A typical Perthshire-style honey-ball. Perhaps too sweet for some palates but it holds its age brilliantly.
