Nose
Light. Undiluted it's vegetal and grassy with hints of putty and soot. Water brings out a sweeter mash tun/soggy shredded wheat note, almond, dried grass with some melon.
Palate
Gentle, clean and pretty. Vanilla, smoke and a spiky citric lift.
Finish
Grassy and soft.
Comment
Attractive if light. At least someone's bottling it: Allied how about you?
