Intense and malty, mixing smoke, cake mix and coconut. Water dries it: biscuity, toasted wood, soot.

Palate

Surprisingly sweet to start. Dry but slightly woolly texture. Biscuity.

Finish

Smoke, hay, dry.

Nice but could do with more in the middle.
