Quite aromatic and spicy. Hints of honey, apple, treacle toffee, malt.
Palate
Venerable, but has life. Spiky and lively with gentle softness underneath: cinnamon, toasted marshmallow. Good balance.
Finish
Crisp. Rose.

The spiciest of this selection ... and just to show there's still hope, Glencadam has just been bought! And rightly so if this is anything to go by.
