Nose

Dark chocolate with freeze-dried raspberries to start, then some thyme honey and liquorice.

Palate

Great texture — very silky. There’s lots of honey, followed by raspberry cupcakes and a touch of chilli spice.

Finish

Fairly hot, with a very fresh peppermint-like cleanliness.

Comment

A very tasty wee dram — lovely mouthfeel, a balance of sweetness and spice, and long finish.
