Nose

Very aromatic with a good juciness to it. There’s a hint of Earl Grey teabags and some lemon in the background too.

Palate

Creamy pineapples and jalapeños make for a bright whisky. With water, the spice subsides and there more fleshy fruit.

Finish

Long with a nice, fruity aftertaste.

Comment

Scrummy whisky that’s vibrant and enjoyable with and without water. Have with tacos.
