Tasting Notes

Nose

Lean.Birch bark, chalky. Ash (the wood) then damp earth and pear. It’s sake! Slowly a sweetness emerges alongside mandarin. An interesting interplay between sweet and dry.

Palate

Smooth. A decent, light, fruity spirit. That damp earth note emerges.

Finish

Light.

Comment

Ethereal but somehow charming.
