Tasting Notes

Nose

Frosted corn flakes, white chocolate, sultana, dried apricot, cocoa powder, fresh peach and waffles doused in maple syrup.

Palate

Creamy and, surprisingly, medium-full in body. There’s rum-raisin ice cream, cocoa, tinned peaches in syrup, with wafer cone and chewy caramels. It’s all really quite indulgent.

Finish

Sweet and fruity as per the palate for a medium-long finish.

Comment

A great example of well-aged grain. I wish there were more around like this. I’d definitely buy this if I had the chance.
