Nose

Tart cider and butterscotch, chocolate bitters and cigar box. Some leathery bass notes are backed by pink grapefruit zest and blood orange. A little fresh ginger and coconut macaroons.

Palate

Intense cloudy pear and apple juice, with tea cake and candied orange. Honeycomb with milk chocolate and toffee sauce. Delicate woodiness.

Finish

Medium-short, with delicate cocoa-dusted almond. A little black tea tannin.

Comment

Mature and well balanced, with solid flavours in there.
