Nose

Crunchy dried malt dipped in chocolate. Toasted nuts and honeycomb, but there’s a continual funkiness like stale parmesan rind and old Easter eggs.

Palate

Chocolate-coated honeycomb pieces, chopped hazelnuts and dried raisins, and still that underlying funky character which makes things earthy and adds a level of creaminess.

Finish

Cheap chocolate and Cambozola.
