Nose

Crisp and lightly honeyed with barley, malt, apricot and plenty of citrus. A touch of earthy peat and salt. With time the medicinal notes come through along with a touch \nof mocha.

Palate

A little watery with juicy, estery apricot, pineapple and banana. The peat is very gentle and the coastal notes build pleasantly. \n

Finish

Salty and slightly spicy with some dusty violet and the coastal notes lingering.

Comment

I would have liked to have seen this bottled at 46% or 50% as it would have given the palate more intensity.
