Nose

Delicate but insistent smoke. Wet fish and a touch of tar, slightly seaweedy. Broom. Cool tiles.

Palate

More expressive. Clean slightly grassy with good peaty attack. Fills out in the back palate becoming oilier/scallop. Fresh and edgy.

Finish

Clean some nuts and lots of smoke.
