Nose

Pale and quite austere. Plain oak (lumber yard, sawdust). Wet stones. With water, freshly plastered wall.

Palate

Oily and slightly smoky. Intense flavours all concentrated on the front of the tongue. Slightly nutty with a grassy edge.

Finish

Hot and smoked.
