Nose

Smoky, malty and slightly creamy.Just lit kindling, pine. papery, hint of juniper.With water there’s rockpools, hot clay and a musky note. Good.

Palate

Positive burst of smoke to start, quite firm and dry with sooty smoke building. Sweet with light lemon/grapefruit, smoked nuts.

Finish

Dries significantly becoming just a little bitter.
