Nose
A bowl of orange sorbet, with olive oil, vanilla and micro-coriander, eaten on a path of broken seashells in the sea air. A fire burns on the beach.
Palate
I love the texture, it’s really oily. That olive oil and vanilla dominate before you chew on a salt-encrusted charred stick, sitting among the grass on sand dunes.
Finish
A yin-and-yang mix of salt and vanilla lingers on.
Comment
The main interest with this is the oily mouthfeel. A balanced, easy-drinking dram that I could drink a lot of in one sitting.
