Nose

Dried figs, prunes, and apricots. Fruit cake packed with cherries and raisins, with candied orange and fondant icing. Cinnamon and nutmeg through hot, foamed milk.

Palate

Medium-full, with some heat. The fruit cake element is upfront – raisins and tea cake. Some sweet black tea with lots of blossom honey. Honey-coated granola, with dried apple and orange pieces. Candied pecan, too. Lots of Christmas cake spices, especially cinnamon.

Finish

Long, on the sweet fried fruits.
