Nose

White bread and vanilla, grist and a touch of ripe pear. Digestive biscuit and marshmallow. Milkybar.

Palate

Very light bodied. Blueberry and vanilla custard. Pure dairy ice cream and wafer. White chocolate and a suggestion of almond flour. Dusting of icing sugar.

Finish

Short and vanilla forward, with just a little red apple peeking in.

Without faults, but so delicate it could be blown away by a stiff breeze.
