The nose is lighter and more subtle than the palate. A dash of water tones down the flavours. Disappointing.

Taster

Nose: Fresh. Black olive, hot gorse/coconut then a tickle of smoke and some lemon notes. Green oak, tangerine and a gently oily quality.

Palate: Silky soft feel. Coconut cream/milky coffee. Brine, oily but zesty with sooty smoke. Hits top gear half-way through. Subtle.

Finish: Lightly sooty.
