Floral up front, lavender and cherry blossom, fresh daffodils and snow drops. Almond pastries with apricot jam, A meaty edge, air dried ham and sundried tomato. Wood tannins.

Palate

That floral leading edge continues followed by the meat. Then huge spices develop, cardamom, cinnamon, then everything ends on Parma Violets.

Finish

Really oily and coating with those Parma Violets and cherry lips sweetie.
