Nose

Waxy Babybel-style cheese. Nectarine (flesh and stone), creamy citrus, and overripe strawberry. Plain digestive biscuits and pencil shavings. Sharp pear juice and a hint of nail polish remover.

Palate

Light bodied. Pears baked with vanilla syrup. Honey, sweet wheat cereal biscuits, cinnamon-sugar paste, and a little almond milk. More digestives and expressed lemon peel.

Finish

Medium, leaving oaky vanilla.

Comment

Sprightly, with some nice flavours developing. Water brings forward caramel notes.
