Nose

Blossom honey, macadamia nut, and cornflake cereal. Raw buttery pastry. Hints of newly planed oak, chicory, and milk chocolate. Lemon and orange sherbet. White pepper. A little melon.

Palate

Medium. Milk chocolate, more honey and macadamia nut, and candied lemon peel. Crème brûlée and fudge with sea salt. Clove and white pepper spice, and a hint of crystallised pineapple.

Finish

Medium, on fudge and peppery warmth.

Comment

Not overly complex, but pleasant to sip. Tropical fruit notes open well with water.
