Taster

Nose: Light and fresh with light nuttiness and then creamy toffee. Dried flowers and desiccated coconut with just a hint of wet linen. A pleasant green note with water.

Palate: Clean with some solid, chunky fruits in the mid-palate mixed with chocolate. Banoffie pie. Smooths towards the back palate.

Finish: Gentle and sweet.

Comment: For maximum impact have neat.

Score: 7.7

Taster

Nose: Fragrant. Very floral. Freesia, narcissus, carnation. A full bunch ! Opens on light cereals. With a hint of nail varnish.

Palate: Round, sweet and gently tickling at mid palate. Cooked pears, a touch of marshmallow and plenty of liquorice.

Finish: Gentle in the same tonality as the rest.

Comment: An enticing dram, well balanced and aromatic. To enjoy with a bowl of summer fruit.
