Nose: Apple cider vinegar, apple presses, mint and rosemary gravy, then oats and honey. A woolly edge, balls of twine, memory foam pillows. White pepper spices and tinned peaches.
Palate: Apple juice, the sweetness hits in waves. Haribo Golden Bears, popping candy and milk chocolate, there is liquorice here too. Hints of BBQ pork and griddled pineapple.
Finish: Long and sweet with spices popping in the mouth. Cherry cola and a little floral.
Comment: Like eating popping candy and Liquorice shoelaces.

Taster
Nose: An entire bushel of apples in fact washed down with Dr Pepper and butterscotch angel delight. Essences of cucumber, banoffee pie and homemade lemonade join in too.
Palate: A nuttiness dominates with toffee hobnobs, toasted walnuts and crunchy peanut butter. Apple & blackcurrant crumble served with vanilla custard and kiwi fruit.
Finish: Loads of nutty characteristics carry through with a lovely, buttery texture.
Comment: A peanut butter topped apple crumble. I'd like more now… please.
