Taster

Nose: Briny sea air, slightly floral with white peppery notes. Then barley sugar honey, dates and hay.

Palate: Sweet fruits, now there's damp hay, more seaside notes, minerals and\rbonfires. Water brings out more of the sweetness.

Finish: Fresh and slight minty with lots of caramel and oak.

Comment: Very pleasant and moreish, lighter than I thought it would be for its age.
