Tasting Notes

Nose

Spicy wholemeal bread dough, plasticine, sultanas, dried apples, and aniseed balls. Bison grass, celery, and pencil shavings. Cinnamon and nutmeg.

Palate

Light bodied. Cookie dough, fresh blueberry, vanilla ice cream, allspice, roasted pumpkin and roasted sunflower seeds. Nutmeg latte.

Finish

Short, on pumpkin and nutmeg.

Comment

Liquid pumpkin pie. A quintessential autumn dram.
