Nose
Floral orange and rose notes. Blackberry, fig, cinnamon stick, unblanched almond, vanilla sugar, Parma violet, old leather, and cappuccino foam. Hints of thyme and waxy cheese.
Palate
Full. Sticky toffee pudding, date, raisin, and almond butter. Grilled-cheese sandwich and yeast extract. Spiced rooibos tea, fresh clementine, and whipped vanilla cream.
Finish
Medium-long, on dark chocolate, Brazil nut, and fresh mint.
