ABV 50%
Classic, simple flavours but really rather moreish. A really solid grain that I could see myself recommending.

Nose: Sweet grains, toffee popcorn, and subtle pear drop. Vanilla pod, toffee, and some delicate mixed berries. White chocolate chip cookie.
Palate: Light-medium. Silky and sweet crème brûlée with caramelised (but not burnt) top. Some delicate cinnamon and digestive biscuit notes.
Finish: Medium-long. The sweetness subsides and apple core emerges.
Comment: Classic, simple flavours but really rather moreish. A really solid grain that I could see myself recommending.
