Nose

Cider richness with oak notes: polished bannisters, maple syrup, almost over-ripe apples giving way to tropical fruit notes with a freshly-cut grass headiness.

Palate

Orchard fruit notes of pear drops and apple crumble, then more tropical fruit and peaches soaked in honey. A hint of manuka honey, and then milk chocolate and malty assam tea.

Finish

Fruity with the lightest liquorice note, long and warming with cinnamon spice at the end.
