Nose

Black treacle and dark muscovado sugar, a hint of kipper smoke and toasted oats. Pastrami and elastic bands followed by the smell of petrichor moments before a thunderstorm breaks.

Palate

Much sweeter on the palate than the nose suggests: golden syrup, gingerbread men, ground ginger and nutmeg spice and then raisins. Very smooth for the ABV.

Finish

Long and sweet with ginger spice prickle.
