Nose

Rich and luscious cherry leather, toasted corn and a barbecued steak smothered in a Strathdon blue cheese sauce. Baked braeburn apples, cloves followed by butterscotch Angel Delight. Yum.

Palate

Rammed with light umami notes of crème fraiche-stuffed peppers, tomato ketchup and cranberry-filled Wensleydale. Caramelised melon and lime candies.

Finish

Super sweet oranges and that buttery texture from fatty meats.
