Nose
Wholegrain bread dough or digestive biscuits, and crystalised ginger stem. An almost autumnal nose of dried leaves, nutmeg, and fresh eucalyptus.
Palate
Light to medium body contrasting with initially gingery spice, malty rich sweetness, and mint choc chip ice-cream. Some refreshing cantaloupe melon.
Finish
The finish is biscuit, as well as having fresh menthol that lingers.
Comment
Elegant and complex with a wide range of fruit, subtle spices, cereal character, and freshness.
