Nose

A robust nose with tomato leaf, brown sauce, red apple chutney and spiced plums. It flattened a little with water and some warm brown paper.

Palate

Sticky caramel sauce and coffee flavoured chocolate. Orange zest from the peel. Toffee apple and cranberry. A lovely balance of sweet and dry flavours.

Finish

A thick texture, chewy and grippy to the end.
