Nose

Malty with a slight butyric note which fades away though. Crème caramel. Toffee.

Palate

Smooth and sweet. Watery at midpalate, surprising given the strength. Fruity. Baked apples. Hint of tobacco and honey. Barley sugar.

Finish

Dry, spicy. Crystallised ginger.

Comment

An autumn dram. Pleasant but it is as if something was missing. Not completely put together.
