Nose

Cedary/cigar box notes, with a very pleasant wood smoke underneath with a salted caramel/vanilla note easing through. Absolutely lovely.

Palate

A little ashy, leading into vanilla, some milk chews and drying oak some very faint fresh orchard fruit notes, lacking the smokiness I was expecting.

Finish

Lingering dryness settles in.

The nose leads the way with, a very fine balance, then the palate takes you somewhere else.
