Phenolic. Creosote, iodine, tar, farm yard. The full range of peated aromas.\rNot so smoky at first though. Bog myrtle. And a mineral note.

Palate

Sweet with a salty feel. Oyster, smoked fish, then citrussy flavours. Lemon\rsorbet. Sweet all the way. Barley sugar. With water, more citrus.

Finish

Dry, smoky, mineral.

A perfect islander. More phenolic than smoky and so well balanced. The ocean in your glass. Bring the oysters!
