The colour (bleak bronze) puts you off.\rThe nose is restrained and not inviting. And the palate .Well, has obviously overcome its peak.

Taster

Nose: Restrained. Wood keeps the leadership but there is not much to lead! A sherry hint maybe.

Palate: Very sweet and flat. Like dismantled. Wood plays the boss again without convincing.

Finish: Woody and thin.

Comment: The colour (bleak bronze) puts you off.\rThe nose is restrained and not inviting. And the palate .Well, has obviously overcome its peak.

Score: 6.5

Taster

Nose: Now things are getting seriously weird. This is green! Shows good age with lightly charred wood,some\rearthiness,wet moss. Needs a drop of water to bring out a little smoke.

Palate: Sweet start and then an explosion in the middle of the mouth, all blackberries, black banana and a little\rcoal-like smokiness. Mouth-filling. Water pulls it together.

Finish: Smoky.

Comment: Great balance and a real surprise in the mouth...and it's green.
