Nose
ome lovely aromas of polished wood, beeswax and manuka honey, cedar and sweet tobacco. A little leather and freshly baked brown bread dipped in olive oil.
Palate
Well rounded and mature, silky on the palate. Dried fruits (sultana, apricot green apple) and some plum wine too. Medjool date and almond butter.
Finish
Silky, with a slight oiliness. Wine-like notes linger.
Comment
Refined and quite indulgent.
