Nose

Freshly baked banana bread with warm, gooey salted caramel pieces and a dollop of rum ‘n’ raisin ice cream (my idea of dessert heaven).

Palate

Super thick and mouth-coating, it’s initially syrupy sweet and dessert-like before wonderful, zingy oak spices prance across the tongue, bringing crystallised ginger, cinnamon, rum, sticky banana and toffee.

Finish

Moist Jamaican ginger cake with a butter-caramel drizzle.

Like sticking your head into a freshly baked cake. Just delicious really.
