Nose

Raspberry and lime jelly with coconut flakes and wisps of charcoaled lemon peel. Cremola foam. Roasted hazelnuts. That smell right after a thunderstorm on a muggy summer’s day.

Palate

Coconut and almond stir fry with freshly squeezed lime. Followed by rich notes of used coffee granules, cocoa powder and Dundee cake served with brandy butter.

Finish
