Nose
Sticky and smoky with juicy, overripe peaches and clementine segments in a waft of grill smoke. There’s a sweet maltiness in hard caramel candy and soggy wheated cereal that’s covered in milk.
Palate
A creamy mouthfeel, with some intense smoke and spice, grilled fruits and crunchy malt.
Finish
It leaves a pretty long impression of delicate smoke, walnuts and more juicy, overripe peaches as well.
Comment
A summery Speysider, this would pair beautifully with a fruit salad.
