Nose
Gorgeous orchard fruits, baked apples and pears, with golden syrup. Lovely vanilla, dried apricots. Fresh peaches in cream. The freshness fades to become grassy and honeyed.
Palate
Raw and aggressive with a husky, hoppiness. It’s vegetative, grassy and herbal with light fruits coming to the fore: apples, apricots, yet still quite bitter.
Finish
Just a slight astringent note, sharp acidity, grapefruits, and pepper. Unbalanced.
Comment
